Focus and Scope
The Nordic Journal of English Studies (NJES) is associated with the Nordic Association of English Studies and is published two to three times a year. NJES publishes articles on the English language and literatures in English. It welcomes special issues on different themes of topical interest. The journal has a review section where we draw special attention to works published in the Nordic countries. The journal is peer-reviewed and listed in the MLA, EBSCO, Elsevier, Cengage and ERIH databases.
