In Situ Archaeologica

In Situ migrerar till ny plattform. Inga nya publiceringar vill ske innan detta är klart, tidigast i höst. Fram till dess mottar vi manus, men kan inte berarbeta manus innan migrering är genomförd. Manus mottas inom ramen för existerande hemsida.

In Situ Archaeologica is a blinded peer review archaeological Open Access Journal with interests in Scandinavian archaeology and archaeology with relevance to Scandinavia.

The Journal has since 2008 been distributed to all Scandinavian institutions, museums and private firms, as well as some others outside Scandinavia, all with archaeology as part of their interests.

In the future, anyone will be able to link to the content of the Journal. Through the library of University of Gothenburg the Journal is indexed and the content searchable around the world.

The Journal is owned and run by the University of Gothenburg, department of Historical Studies, but financed through a network of archaeological institutions of Sweden, i.e. Bohusläns museum, Kulturmiljö Halland, Swedish History Museum, department Archaeologists and the University of Gothenburg.
